I copied plaintext bullets and entered three spaces ahead of each text line.
Hitting the enter key makes a space between lines.
Hitting shift + enter makes a new line without the space.

Line breaks can lengthen but long lines will get broken off and look a little bit weird so this is better for shorter bullet points.

Using Blockquote doesn't seem to do anything...
Table header is optional and borders are not visible with white background:

I put additional spaces after the words in the top row until the columns were balanced to see if the shape would be maintained despite everything being centered.
It appears adding spaces after the words can be used to force justify the text into two columns.
